Terms of Service
The rules for using this site and the Dirtbike Simulator account that comes with it.
Agreement
By creating an account or using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.
The service is operated by Paulo Rodrigues (PLO), an independent developer.
Your account
You need an account to join the wishlist, and the same account will be used inside the game and, later, to publish mods.
Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at plo@dirtbikesim.com if you believe your account was accessed by someone else.
One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not pick a nickname that impersonates a real person or organisation.
You may delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or attempt to break into the service, and do not use it to distribute malware or illegal content.
Do not scrape, resell or redistribute site content without permission.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules, and we will say why when we do.
Wishlist and launch e-mails
Joining the wishlist places no obligation on you and costs nothing. It is not a pre-order and it is not a reservation.
If you asked for launch e-mails, you can turn them off from your profile or by leaving the wishlist.
Purchases
The game is in development. There is no price, no store page and no payment taken on this site.
When a store does open, the sale and any refund will follow the rules of the platform that processes it.
Mods
Mod publishing is not open yet. When it is, you will keep the rights to what you make and grant us the licence needed to host and distribute it through this site, and separate mod rules will apply.
Intellectual property
Dirtbike Simulator, its name, art, code and design system belong to Paulo Rodrigues (PLO).
Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation. Google is a trademark of Google LLC. Neither company sponsors or endorses this project.
Service as it is
The site is provided as it is, while the game is in development. Features can change, and downtime can happen.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the consumer rights you hold where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes with them, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
